Representing, supporting and protecting employers across the commercial sector

The National Commercial Employers' Association of Zimbabwe (N.C.E.A.Z) is a labour organisation dedicated to representing, promoting and protecting the interests of employers across key commercial sectors in Zimbabwe. We ensure members remain informed, compliant, and protected.

We act as the collective voice of employers, presenting members' views to government, labour bodies, and other stakeholders — and we provide ongoing updates, expert advice and guidance on labour legislation, compliance issues, industrial developments, and workplace relations.
